We’re seeking passionate and skilled Esthetician with Biologique Recherche training to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional facial treatments and services to our valued clients. Your expertise and dedication to wellness will contribute to creating a rejuvenating and transformative experience for each guest. What You’ll Do:

  • Perform a variety of high-quality facial treatments using luxury products and techniques, tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of each customer.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with customers to understand their skin concerns, preferences, and goals. Assess their skin condition and recommend suitable treatments and skincare routines.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and trends. Stay updated on the latest advancements in skincare and facial techniques to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Create a welcoming and relaxing environment for customers throughout their spa journey. Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening, engaging in meaningful conversations, and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the products and services offered at Sage + Sound. Educate customers on the benefits of different skincare products, recommend appropriate retail products, and assist with sales to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools, equipment, and treatment rooms are sanitized and prepared for each customer. Adhere to strict hygiene protocols and safety standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members, including estheticians, technicians, and wellness experts, to provide a holistic approach to customer well-being. Share knowledge, support colleagues, and contribute to a positive and harmonious work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a valid esthetician license or certification. Previous experience in luxury spa settings or high-end skincare facilities is preferred.
  • Biologique Recherche training is required.
  • Proficient in a range of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, facial massage, mask applications, and product recommendations. Familiarity with advanced skincare techniques and equipment is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury skincare brands, product lines, and ingredients. Ability to confidently explain product features, benefits, and usage instructions to customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers. Ability to actively listen, understand customer needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance. Uphold high standards of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality when dealing with customer information.
  • Flexible and open to change in a dynamic and evolving work environment. Able to handle customer feedback, resolve challenges, and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
  • Genuine interest in health, wellness, and self-care practices. Demonstrated enthusiasm for helping customers on their wellness journey and promoting a holistic approach to beauty and well-being.
