Wellness Guide (Part-time)
We are looking for health and wellness enthusiasts who's passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience to our customers. Whether you’re a skincare junkie, daily meditator, self-care aficionado or you’re as obsessed as we are with helping people explore ways to feel and function better each day, come join our team to help guide customers on their unique wellness journey! We currently have openings for part-time, guide and Keyholder roles. Here are some of the qualities we look for in our people:

What You’ll Do
Welcome guests into the store and provide an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish.
Introduce guests to our products and services and make recommendations by following Sage + Sound Customer Service steps.
Educate and inform guests of the benefits of using our products and services and provide demonstrations when necessary.
Book service appointments and check guests in and out for service appointments and/or classes.
Transact POS sales accurately and maintain reporting as necessary.
Work in back-of-house to receive inventory shipments and keep stock neat and organized.
Support the planning and execution of in-store special events.
Participate in daily store operations and maintenance including light cleaning, trash, organizing stock, etc.

Opening in Fall 2022 on the Upper East Side of New York City, Sage + Sound is a wellness destination that offers a variety of curated programming, products and self-care services aimed to elevate one’s well-being by enabling individuals to explore and simplify their own self-care routine while engaging with others who have the same goal.

About You
Retail or hospitality experience a plus, but not required.
Beauty / wellness experience a plus, but not required.
Shopify experience preferred, but not required.
Willingness to give and receive feedback on improving the store environment and customer service.
A can-do attitude and the willingness to own every challenge and roll up your sleeves as needed.
A team player and self-starter who thrives working in an ambiguous, fast paced environment.
Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
